Strange - WB does not modify control panel sidebar, instead sets it to white?

Despite WB having an option to modify the control panel sidebar in skinstudio, it doesn't appear to do anything. Instead it just simply sets the sidebar to white. If you have an msstyle activated that changes the sidebar, and run a windowblinds skin, it gets overwritten to white, as pictured here
This also happens with the top part in the Category view, as pictured here
