Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

No, it can not do that. You need to purchase Fences 4 and get a new key for Fences 4.

Usually, from what I know, once a new upgrade version released. The previous version stop development.

The lifelong version of Fences3 I bought cannot activate Fences4, and the 3 does not support Win11.

I cannot understand this policy.

I hope to continue using Fences 4.

I believe this policy is normal in Software. However if you wish, you still can use Fences 3 on older Windows 10 version. And do know if you have Fences 3 you can purchase Fences 4 on discount. Refer here for Upgrade FAQ: https://forums.stardock.com/508196/fences-4-upgrade-faq
