Well there are exceptions to that rule, I have seen a few episodes where the admirals take command of a ship. And this happens to be one exception

Yeah but it pisses off the captain and you have to give it back.(or convince him to merge himself with a supremely powerful but soul-less entity and THEN annoy the klingons til Starfleet demotes you back down to captain.)

Hey,I got the 21 dl's didnt I?...and in only about 2 minutes.

hehe,I made sure everyone knew when I reached my target.

I was going to post at 99,977 but that seemed too greedy.
