Boric the Quick Under 1.60.388302

Boric the Quick is still not appearing in my shipyards and, even more annoying, I have gotten the Boric the Quick reward for surveying artifacts over 10 times and I am only on turn 106.

You either need to:

  1. Make Boric the Quick appear when you say he is going to appear, or
  2. Stop making a "Boric the Quick" the reward for surveying artifacts

I'll bring this back up again, at this point he's going to end up as Boric the strangled

Currently he's know as "Boric the Annoying" by the players }:)
