NOT ACTIVATING ONLINE OR OFFLINE

I am a new user to Fences.

I use fences 3 trial version and in 6 days my free trial will end

I purchased the Fences [5-Pack] Annual Subscription and received the key.

Unfortunately both online and offline does not work at all.

OFFLINE ACTIVATION: After following the instructions it says product does not exist (1004)

ONLINE ACTIVATION :says problem in connecting to the activation server

I am using Windows 10 Enterprise, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor, Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-9100T CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz

I can add screenshots for further clarification, but forum does not allow it seems.

Please advise me as to how to activate Fences.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you just purchased Fences. It should be Fences V4. So, please make sure you have download and install Fences V4. Because the key you get from your recent purchase only work on Fences V4.
