Overlapping Images

Hello - I am trying to test Deskscapes before I purchase and the demo lets me apply the downloaded images/backgrounds/etc but when I apply a video based background, the images are overlapping and don't show as one image. I've tried all the settings to stretch/fit/align/default and none of them work. The only thing that does work is just the standard background image but not the video ones. What can I try to get it working normally?

I am using 1 monitor with HDR enabled (tried to disable as well, but still the same) with on a Alienware with Nvidia 3080 graphics card. I have 64GB RAM and plenty of processing power.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Hi Basj,

Sorry but same thing. I tried all three options and multiple variations but still the same image. I should point out that I am also using Fences 4 if that makes any difference.
