bugs in Start menu icon & task bar

I purchased the product a week ago and it contains two significant bugs : 

1.When you don't  associate any application to the taskbar the start menu disappears and you cannot enter it at all.

2. When you associate an application to taskbar, two identical icons are always created in the taskbar instead of one, as it should be.

can you fix those problems ?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please elaborate more on your issue also need more information on your system.

  1. Windows full version number, please use Winver to get its full version number.
  2. Start11 version number.
  3. What do you mean "associate", please elaborate. Post a video might help us understand it better.

- When you don't  pin any application to the taskbar the start menu disappears and if still exists he is not responding at all.

- When you pin aplication to taskbar, two identical icons are always created in the taskbar instead of one like you see for example in win 7.

I am afraid we do not support RTL languages.

I believe, Neil mean, Start11 do not support all "Right To Left" Language. Try changing your language to english, reboot and test if the issue still there?

Issue 1 is almost certainly caused by the use of a RTL language as it is confusing Start11 to have the button far right.

Likewise issue 2.

I'm working  in RTL language

Do you intend to support it  in a future version  because i already have 2 computers with start11 ?
