Windows blind has detected a problem

Windows Blinds does not install correctly. Then afterwards it fails to launch and I get the following:

"WindowBlinds has detected a problem with the core files. Please contact support with error message - 7

What is wrong with your services, that the app does not download and install properly.

Please help as I had just bought it the other day. I want my skins back as I just installed a new drive.

This usually happens when the list of trusted root certificates in Windows is not updated (often on a fresh installation of Windows). If you recently installed a fresh copy of Windows, make sure to apply all the updates. Reboot your PC and try to install Windowblinds again. Usually, the problem solves itself over time.
