Regarding "active install and one concurrent" of WindowBlinds license

I have four device in my home and two users (I, my parent). I've noticed that the license of WindowBlinds is five active installs and one concurrent. I'd like to ask:

1. Does "one concurrent" means that if I and my parent use computer at the same time, only one device receive the effect of skinning and another device is revert to default Windows theme?

2. What happens after reinstalling Windows? Does old license automatically deactivate itself or do I have a chance to manually deactivate previous activation and reactivate WindowBlinds in newly installed OS?

Let me try to answer you.

  1. No, from what I understand you can install Windowblinds on 5 systems and all 5 systems can run Windowblinds at the same time.
  2. You can manage your activation, by using this guide.
