Bad serial number?

I am trying to find out why the serial number I just got in an e-mail is saying it is invalid when I enter into WinCustomize Browser? I purchased a subscription and I am cutting and pasting the serial directly from the e-mail...

Help! I want to be able to use this darned thing

Have you tried talking to Stardock sales ( [email protected] ) about this? They should be able to sort you out.

Just make sure you cut and paste acurately, one little blank spot could mess everything up.

Could it be an email address conflict? Is the email address you use to log in to WC, the same as the address you used with your purchase?

Is it for the WC browser? If it is, this may seem a little silly, but click on 'subscriber resources' in the 'resources' box to your left. There you will find the number. Copy it from there and try again. I had a trouble like that once and it turned to be something weird with the font.

Thanks for everyone's input. Something appeared to be out of whack in the system and they didn't show me as having ordered a WC subscription. It has been fixed now and is working. Again, thanks a bunch for everyone's input.
