It's probably better to ask one of the Stardock employees that was on IRC at the time.  Remember, the #Stardock channel is filled with Stardock Developers and employees.  You may want to stick to #WinCustomize unless you need product support.  If you are looking for answers from "Stardock", this is not the place to ask.

It may have been someone on the same ISP who got banned, and the ban is affecting everyone on that same isp.
