Alright yeah im a noob, but how do i install sysmetrix things. I downloaded one and dont know how to install it, which program do i use, please help and dont flame.

You have to use the sysmetrix program. There should be a link on the page to the program and info about it near the top of the sysmetrix library where you downloaded the skin from.

Did you happen to look up at the top of the SysMetrix library? It tells you that you need that program and says you can download it.
