Duplicate fences

With a multiple monitor setup, and most of them with multiple windows, it would be useful to have a right-click function to duplicate a Fence on another monitor.

Not talking about anything fantastically complicated. I've created more than 1 fence of the same name so that's not an issue. I h=just think it would be cool as a 1-click.
