Number of activation/installations per one Object Desktop suite

Hello.

I am sorry for asking for information about licenses and number of activations. I have read the forum and FAQs, but unfortunately I have not found an answer to my question. And I'm probably not the only one who is floundering in this area. I have also read the EULA.

I bought a 1 license for Object dektop. After logging into my account on home web site, I see a list of licenses in the "My downloads" section. It says: "0 current activation out of 5 total". Does this mean that I can only activate 5 applications from the Stardock Object Desktop suite? Do I need to buy additional licenses to activate other applications that are part of the package (maybe within the Object dektop suite?). Finally I ended up buying second one stardock object license to have the option of 10 activations. But I don't know if my reasoning was wrong...

Can you please explain me how many activations can be done on one device when I purchased Object Desktop suite and how many activations can be done on the other 4 devices...?
I'm sorry, but I really don't understand the company's licensing policy.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. That is known confusion part, please refer to my activation count below. It was meant to say you have 5 activation for each product. So if you have 4 devices. It should be able to be activate in all 4 devices/system with one more activation slot available for one other system.

Would it be possible to request a refund for the second Object Dektop license that I purchased in addition and will therefore not need? Thank you very much.

Thank you for the information and the link. I have sent the return request. After sending I received the reference number (SSN-56169), however I did not receive the confirmation in the mail (it was filled out correctly). From the recommendations I have subsequently read it is not a good idea to resend the request due to the delay in processing. Is it possible to verify that the return request was really sent?
