What does this mean?

"Error uploading file: Invalid format
The file : 'Sand_Wallpaper.b.bmp' is not allowed to be uploaded (Error 1010)"

Filename is wrong, do NOT use a DOT in filename

And also .JPG format would be better

Try removing the .bbetween Wallpaper and .bmp
