In sins 1 you could look at the message history in any category. I am often tabbed out of the game and miss things.
Just explored all planets at once near the end of a game. Needless to say I missed but heard the message saying i'd found a powerful artifact. Cannot see the artificat or for that matter other planetary perks there.
