Start11 breaking win key + number shortcuts

I think since this problem only occured after using Start11

from Stardock Forums

I have 3 apps pinned to my taskbar (Chrome, Discord, Musicbee) and I use the Windows key and number shortcuts to open them and swap between them and any extra apps. With these 3 apps, the Win+number shortcut functions as expected. However, if I have any extra apps open the function is unusable as Win+4 opens up file explorer, Win+5 and Win+6 do nothing and then normal behaviour continues with Win+7 (Win+7 opens app 4, Win+8 opens app 5 etc.). These issues persist even when pinning extra apps to the taskbar. Is there any solution to this or any hidden setting that I am missing?

Also, I just tested on my Windows 10 and Windows 11 and the "Win+Numbers" still work on both of my Windows setup.

So, it also worth to ask if you have any other 3rd party application that has change how your Windows explorer/Taskbar/StartPanel. Such as ExplorerPatcher, StartAllBack etc.
