activation issues

hi, i am having issues with windowblinds. i finally purchased the product, and when i put the activation code in it says that its been successfully activated but when i attempt to then select a skin it brings me to the purchase page. ive legitimately bought the product so i cannot understand what's going wrong. ive tried activating using both the key and through my account, both have said ive activated the product but only caused the same issue.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
