What is causing this?

For some reason, my taskbar is not fully skinned. I am currently running "Vision" by neone6, and it's messed up. Taskbar does the same thing after switching back to the default theme, and then using Curtains. Really weird. As you can see, part of the taskbar is skinned, and part of it is NOT. Makes me wonder what happened to cause this? I downloaded and installed Pale Moon, a web browser and a fork of Mozilla and perhaps Firefox. Would that have caused the issue? Windowblinds will skin it easy, wheras Curtains doesn't. More weirdness. Please advise. Thanks!

I am using Win 10, version 1903, 64 bit. Windowblinds 10.84. Curtains 1.19.1.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know are you trying to run Windowblinds and Curtains at the same time? And have you tried restarting Explorer.exe when the issue appear?

Thanks

While I have both Windowblinds and Curtains installed, let me just point out that before running one of various Curtains skins, If I am on Windowblinds, I go back to the Windows 10 default theme, and then switch to a Curtains skin, or the reverse, switch from a Curtains skin to the default Windows 10 theme, and then pick one of various Windowblinds skins. Checking the task manager shows me now that apparently neither app are running, though there is a windowblinds service running. I am on the default win 10 theme, where the taskbar is normal, like it is supposed to be.

Let me pick a Windowblinds skin. I will try to apply the Lollio skin.....huh, looks like how it is supposed to look. Then why the issue earlier? Let me try another theme. Aero 11 looks just fine. Then why the earlier glitch? I will monitor this issue. And try restarting the explorer.exe if the problem reoccurs. Thanks!

I think what you're seeing are cached images. Try clearing your Windows temporary memory or, apply the new skin twice...might solve this.
