Someone great at repairing digital pics; I am in need of a big favor

I have a digital picture that turned out really bad of my daughter and her boyfriend before homecoming. Unfortunately it is the only pic I have of the memory of that evening. I have tried all the filters I have in PSP7 and nothing seems to help this pic. If anyone can help you can find the pic in my profile and I would send you the file if you would like.

Keila....nothing's 'impossible'.....depending on the value attached to the project, even actual 'interpretive painting' is possible.....where manual pixel-pushing redraws the image....though it's a long, slow process.  Anything done at the 'pixel level' usually is...

Normally it's enough to concentrate on the faces with such detailing effort, as the eye usually ignores 'scenery', only interested in 'focus' or subject-matter.

I haven't had a 'real' play with them yet....just messed with the standard filters which are next to useless....

Keila, I tried to clean up #2. It came out a little better, but the graininess is going to be a problem without blurring the end result.

Better Yes. I think Jafo is correct about the pixel work. i may really have to dig into this and take my time. It should be some what like doing a very large puzzle, a bit at a time.

Keila you sent me one, did you want all 3 worked on, or just 1, btw since I will more or less be needing to redraw this, could you send me another "clear" picture of your daughter and her boyfriend (i take it) that I can use as a reference?

I am so sorry that I lost track of this thread. I have been busy and then was very sick yesterday.

horiz0n, I would have to take a look around for any newer pics of her and I know that i do not have and others of him.

Jafo, wow. The part of her face that you worked on looks wonderful. At least it looks like one area was worked on more then the whole pic.

Yes....only 'started' on the faces...as they are most 'critical'...the other 'bits' can be fudged...

It's all just done with PSP's 'Push brush'....a really handy tool.

I'll keep at it then if you're liking the results....
