Uploading problems, 500 Internal Server Error

from WinCustomize Forums
When I click on the "Upload" link at the top of the page and try to upload a new WinMedia skin of mine, I get a Internal Server error after clicking the "WinMedia" button. ( http://skins2.wincustomize.com/tools/upload.asp?library=9 ) I notice that it is contacting the skins2 server. If I change this to just skins, it takes me to the page just fine. (http://skins.wincustomize.com/tools/upload.asp?library=9 ) Should I upload to skins or skins2? What is the difference between them? Thanks in advance for your help.



Hmm. Now when I click MY link to skins2 it works fine. Wierd.

Grr, now I'm getting a 404 page after I actually hit "Upload Theme!" after I enter in all my information. I've gotten it 4 times now, at least 5 minutes apart. Any ideas?

Are you on Dial-up? If so...maybe you connection crapped out. Try re-connecting. Gad I hate dial-up, unfortunately that's what I got to live with

I've got high speed adsl. Never had this problem before.

Contact T-Man.........He can fixup your account......It is basically a sync problem with server.....I used to have it too
