Reverted back to Groupy form Groupy 2 due to strange behaviour

from Stardock Forums

I had upgraded to Groupy 2 , but I moved back to Groupy due to something strange.

When I automatically join ''mintty.exe' (the terminal supplied by git for Windows), it will group nicely.
But when I close the last opened , or manually added one, that only the tabs of the other windows are visible but I cannot access the underlying windows again.

Perhaps I doe something wrong, but for now I reverted back to Groupy.
