Style not applying

Whenever I click the "Apply Style to Desktop" button on WindowsBlinds, it doesn't apply.

I had a problem when I downloaded the Aero 11 theme and it made the computer look like Win 95. So I uninstalled it. But since, whenever I try applying any other theme, I click the button a million times, or restart the app, and it won't apply the gosh dang style. I need help

Also, please check if your Windows is fully activated. Sometimes Windows turn off Aero when Windows is not activated properly. Which might result of what you mentioned "Win 95" look.

Still need informations on

  1. Windows full version numbers.
  2. Windowblinds version.
  3. Issue with any and all themes?
  4. This is new install or it was working before. If it was working before, what changed? Windows updates, driver updates etc?

  • Issue with all themes infact.
  • It was working before but stopped starting today I haven't updated my windows in a while

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
