Issue with Start 11 (uninstalling frequently)

Hi all,

For several years I have used Start menu.

Today I have the Start11 version on a Windows 10 64-bit environment (see attached file).

Regularly (let's say once a week at least), the start menu is replaced by the standard Windows 10 menu as if the Start application had been uninstalled or disabled.

When I reinstall Start 11 it works again for 2 or 3 days and then it starts again.

How please can I solve the problem?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall finished (important). Redownload the latest version again from your product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products.  Install that, reboot again. Retest it and report back.
