Hmm, popimp. There is a site that sells roses. You don't want roses? Don't purchase them. You won't get them.

Go to Ebay. You want a product for free there? Try complaining to Ebay why their auctions aren't free.

Instead you come here. A site that you obviously like and you want the company to give you their products for free. And you insult them and their members because they won't give it to you for free. And then, you wonder why you get negative feedback.

Many people have tried to explain, in a positive and constructive manner, the economics involved in maintaining a site which is financially supported by revenue received from its members. It's called capitalism. The most successful form of bussiness known in our time. And the U.S. is the riches nation in the world because of it. Maybe you would prefer communism where people starve and are persecuted. Or dictatorships, like Saddam Hussein or Hitler, where people are persecuted, burned, and families butchered.

Instead you come to this site, of all others, and expect the company to change their successful business and give you everything for free and bankrupt themselves. That is not logical. It would be the same as a retail store that gives away all its products for free. This is a business my friend, with friendly business practices. And, I for one, like many others here, are proud to share and be a member of its community. If you are not, please stop this nonsense, and go somewhere else. Like many have said, you are spoiling it for everyone else.

Of course, po-pimp, you could go buy yourself the TGSoft 'Theme Hack' (or whatever!) and spend nothing further on anything .... but you sure will find the downtime and the slow access to a site such as ThemeXP a real pain in the butt.
Then again, you can sit there for hours congratulating yourself on your great wisdom in finding 'something for nothing'!

It seems from your previous messages that you've paid for a Stardock application (Windowblinds?) - is this right? You are entitled to full access if so and if you're not getting it I can understand your frustration.

If this is right, then definitely contact them and it'll be fixed - simple as that.

Thank you for your input.. Let me explain myself a little better.. I did pay for a copy of windowblinds 4.0 (I think... A family member purchased it for me. Then one day, I see that they are requiring funds... I did do the cross over thing. I don't remember what the heck they called it.. But I gave them the info they wanted. Then I was I was a level 2? Not sure.. At any rate, I'm not able to download anymore of the artist's works...
Its a sad thing.. But I can hang.. what more can I do? lol..

The 'cross reference' is quite particular. You need to use the email address that was given when the software was purchased. Again, I suggest contacting the sales people a Stardck and explaining the whole thing. I'm sure they'll help you out.

Stardock, however, I can tell you have been above board since my/their OS/2 days (1997?) so definitely contact them and sort it out.

Well, good luck. I still think it might be worth your effort, considering that the site itself has been going through all those server losses. Everything has been wonky, and all of the admins have been working doubletime just to try and keep the site online and functioning. Even the artists had to redo their stuff, sometimes more than once.

Another thing you might try to do is to dump your cookies, and see if the new one picks up the change.
