Pressing Win Key on Keyboard no longer opens Start11 Menu

Sometime in the past week, pressing the Windows Key (Win) on the keyboard no longer opens either the Start11 nor Windows Start menus.

Sometimes my control assignments get un-assigned, sometimes happens during a Program Update. I like to pin the start screen icon to my start menu, so I can get to it when it glitches like that... Also KB Glitches, BT KBs like to ignore key presses sometimes
