App acting unusual. Move icon and Fences disappears, then can't get back without reboot.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, not sure what you're asking about. If you're referring to compatibility between Fences V4 and Windows 7, the answer is no, Fences 4 is for Windows 10 and 11.
