I need some help?

Can someone help me.. I am very confused about this site. I am having probelms with anything i download. Nothing works for me.Although everything looks Soo COOL..Everytime I download,WindowBlinds or the Icon's it tells me windows cannot find the file. What am I doing wrong.. I am new to this Please help me Thanks Nickie

*sigh*.......... You need the program associated with the library you're downloading from........ The info is one every library page, near the top. For WindowBlinds, you need the WindowBlinds program, and so on....... More info can be found here https://www.wincustomize.com/faq
