Suggestions for Galactic Bazaar, Ships, and Bases

Galactic Bazaar
Allow manual entry of quantity
Allow for time-dependent fluctuation of prices
Allow prices to rise and fall with purchase and sale to scale of galaxy size (larger galaxy = smaller changes)

Ships
Institute a halo/ring about the ship based on remaining moves
Darken refit choices if that choice is weaker than present version of ship
Allow for stacked fleets to move as stacked

Bases
Institute a halo about the constructor ship indicating base, field stabilization, and support system radii
Rework bases so an initial base build is just an empty shell.  Allow for a finite number of upgrade slots, maybe specialized slots, too.
Increase combat rating of military bases unless their main purpose is to create hyper lanes in each sector.

This is excellent.

Also please consider the resource scarcity setting on map creation.

2 Questions;

1. Is the market value of an item considered in trades with AI civs?

IE if anti-matter is selling for 10 and buying for 5, and the AI civ asks for 20 anti matter as part of a deal, are they in effect asking for 20 (amount of anti matter) * 10 = 200 credits worth of stuff? or 20 * 5 = 100 credits worth of stuff, or is the credit value of the stuff not a consideration at all? Knowing would make it easier to substitute items during trade offers.

2. Is there a limit to the market inventory or should there be?

IE is there an inventory amount for each item in the market? Can/should the market ever run out? Is there a maximum inventory the market would want to keep 'on hand' once the price drops to minimum?
