Humble Bundle Fences 4 reactivation

Hello,

I recently purchased a permanent key for Fences 4 through a Humble Bundle and successfully activated it on my computer. However, after reinstalling Windows due to an unrelated issue, I'm unable to reactivate the software on the same machine. The error message states, "Email address is not valid for the product key." I've attempted to use all my email addresses, but none have worked.

Does anyone have any idea how to reactivate my purchase?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Do you see if Fences 4 included in your product account page? https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. If not, Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
