Help with Icon Developer

ok
im new to using icon packager and the Icon Developer.
I dont know how or even if i can make ip packages with .ico.
I cant seem to find any setting on either programs for this. Maybe I have not looked hard enough?
Just thought id ask for help

Step one, make the Icons with Icondeveloper, Second open Iconpackager, go to View/package builder and your good to go, you can drag and drop the icons right on top the template icons, when your done, just save package as. and apply. boom.
