Malware at Fences 4 installation

it seems not be possible to install Fences 4 because may Antivirus from GDATE

rejects this:

What ca be done?

If you downloaded Fences 4 from Stardock, then that's a false positive from your antivirus.

There should be a way to "whitelist" it in the antivirus program as an exception. If not, ask how to do so in the antivirus's forums or via their support.
