Crash issue

Game crashes along with pc

Im curious as to whats causing this. Ill be playing for about 1hr and then when i end turn the screen goes black, sound skips for a second then i assume game crashes. computer also restarts. Thought it was weird to have a game crash like this. Explanation and help would be very appreciated.
