So the company has admitted that they may be sending out counterfeit activation codes instead of fixing the issue.

To bad the OWNERS have not chimed in to resolves this issue that support wants to toss under the rug.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe it was closed so that your issue can be deal directly with Support via Ticket. Have you raise a ticket? If you did. Please post the ticket number and I will pass the number to Support for follow up.

Thank you.

Make just one ticket. Wait for the response and make note of the ticket number. More will delay the response, kicking your ticket to the end of the line.

BTW, not too sure why you came to that conclusion. The last respond from that thread is for you to create a ticket not to toss under the rug. This is normal in handling account issue privately.

Thank you,

Stardock do not send out counterfeit activation codes and I have no idea why you would think such a thing!

I assume you have no software by Ease US as apparently that is 'cleaning up' the activation files.
