Bought Groupy.. money deducted and no activation, no email communication

Hello,
i made a purchase through my debit card and my email [email protected] - the money was deducted but there was no communication about the activation code. my groupy trial is still on trial mode.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise a support ticket using the link below, use the product not received option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple tickets, that will make your ticket go back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Tickets will be answered in the order they're sent in.
