WindowBlinds 11 Upgrade bundle

good morning,

I recently bought an upgrade bundle for Windowblind11, I have a key for version 10 but I haven't received anything for 11 apart from the confirmation email.

I can't find it in my downloads, emails or paypal and I looked at your FAQ + made a ticket.

Why haven't I received a key?

Yes my ticket was SSN-62715, but its okay now ive recieve my key !
