Can't find some Star11 options. Help!

Hi everyone, I'm new here so be patient please ^_^'  

I try to configure my new Start11 menu with Stile Windows 11 and i can't find 4 options that i can see on discussion or on photos on the start11s page on Stardock site but I can't find it on my programo_O :

1) how can I create tabs? I can't find this option enywhere...

2) How can I put my Account image on the middle top of the menu and middle outside from the start menu?

3) Can't Find Backup/restore option on the start11 Settings

4) Can't Find TaskBar Pins option on the start11 Settings

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, make sure you on Start11 v2. If you already install Start11 v2.. try these

  1. Please refer this short video: How to create tabs:
  2. For different Start panel layout. Please open Start11 v2 configuration->Start Menu tab-> There are 7 Start Menu style you can choose in that page.
  3. For Backup and restore option goes to Settings backup tab.
  4. For Taskbar Pins go to Taskbar pins tab

Thanks Basj. I dont' understand... the program tel me that I have the 1.47 version but i bought it on your steam page 2 days ago... if i try to check for update the program tell me that is up to date... I can't understand..

That is because Start11 v2 is not available on Steam yet. And, do know Start11 v2 is not an update to Start v1. It is an upgrade. So when it available in Steam it will be a new purchase.

So was I wrong to purchase on Steam? How long until the upgrade will be available? I would like to point out that the version I am purchasing is not indicated anywhere on Steam...(\B):vulcan:(\B)

No, nothing wrong purchasing via Steam, it just that Steam will get new product usually a little bit later, but, the advantage of it is that that product you purchased via Steam most probably more stable and issue free.
