Fences 5 keeps going to INACTIVATED mode

Purchased a subscription to Fences 5 last week, Activated successfully using Key provided. However, since then daily I see that Fences 5 goes to Trial Mode for no particular reason. I need to manually enter the key again sometimes multiple times daily.

Don't have this issue with any other app on my windows 11 PC.
