opened Fence bar is visible above a Windows Program in Fences

There is a feature in Fences where you can set "Hotkeys" to bring Fences in-front of application Windows.

Is it perhaps possible to permanently display certain openly fixed fences?

I believe that is not possible. Fences by default work on desktop level so, I believe, it can't freely move up.

The program takes some time to get used to, but it now serves its purpose; you really have a tidy desktop.
