New, duplicate pinned icons showing up in Start menu

The title really says it all. I have a clean install on a new laptop and it happened on that too. It took about a month form Install until it first happened.

Randomly just a bunch of new pinned icons show up. I am using the Windows 10 start menu option.

Check the setting below. If it is on, it might be causing your issue.
