Start 11 v2 - Jumping Icons

Hello, when I am using a second wireless display any icons on the taskbar will begin to jump around at random anywhere along the taskbar. Pressing the windows key can freeze it in place and open the subsequent menu at whatever position it freezes at. It will also sometimes jump to the second display entirely resulting in no visible taskbar on the main display. I am running Windows 11 Insider 23H2 build 22635.2915 with Start 11 version 2.03. My primary display is also 3440x1440 while the second display is 1920x1080. The issue does not occur at all when the second display is disconnected, I also do not have any other wired or wireless displays to test with. A short clip of the issue can be found here.
