Hi! I started noticing a small problem when using Start11.The problem is that my taskbar and desktop wallpaper are flashing about every 40-50 seconds, and it's annoying. And I do not know what caused this problem. Please help me!

Please upgrade your Windows to latest Windows 10 : For example: Version 22H2 (Os Build 19045.3803)

because my Laptop doesn't support it, I'm already using the Windows 10 version without some features. And I don't have money for a new PC or at least a laptop

Since you said you laptop not capable of running latest Windows 10, I don't think it also capable to run Start11 v2 properly. However, to be sure, I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

Well, if you think there is something Explorer.exe. Than you might need to solve that first. Uninstall Start11 and see if the issue still there. Also do the sfc /scannow and/or DISM etc.

Great, if you have not reboot, reboot your system. And re-download the latest installer again. Install it, reboot immediately after installation finished. Retest it, report back.
