Start 11 V2 licensing issues

Hello Support,

Start11 V2 licensing is having problems.

I run an IT business and use Start 11 on all of my customers computers. I was upgrading 11 computers this evening and purchased 2 x 5 pack and 1 x single license.

I always use my customers e-mail address on the licenses I install on their computers. Now it is not allowed! I used my e-mail address and some of the licenses went through, others did not. I had to buy and additional 5 pack to finish my job.

Orders STARDOCK231222-5074-62166 (2 x 5pack) and STARDOCK231222-9340-74170 (1 x single license)

Had to buy an additional 5 pack order STARDOCK231222-1476-60313

What’s going on? I would like to depend on your product licensing, and would expect I can enter whatever e-mail address I want to activate licenses.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account, licenses, activation issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
