Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your issue.

  1. Windows full version numbers. Use Winver.exe to get those.
  2. Windowblinds version numbers.
  3. The issue happen on any WB theme such as Diamond or Corporate or specific theme?
  4. The issue on any applications or on specific application?
  5. Any other details that might be relevant.

Are you using HDR mode on your display?

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Also does this happen from bootup, or only after opening a certain app?

And what graphics card do you have?

Hello Again i did the purge and reinstall and the issue still persist, this is happen from boot up, and with any app, i have the nvidia RTX 360 TI graphic card

What applications do you have in common on your machines as thats not normal and the only bug report we have of this is from you.

Are you using anything which might alter how windows are shown?
