extreme colonization as Synetic with Yors

Hi Guys,

maybe someone can help me. I try to colonize some Worlds which require extreme colonization. But this Tech is completly missing as Synthetic Civ. Is this intended?

Can i do anything to get those Planets?

They’re getting those in v2.3. Keeping the ayor from having them was intended as a way to balance their power but it was too much of a nerf.
