fences 5 registration

Hello I have Win 11 and I purchased an upgrade from fences 4 to 5 but during activation with the serial it doesn't let me register it, I also tried via offline but it doesn't generate me the file for 'activation via the site and it always gives me error 212 , I followed the guide from the forum but nothing, I uninstalled and reinstalled the program cleaning the files from the registry but same result ... nothing.... I also deleted the folders on programdata ... nothing ...can you help me solve it? I have a VPN and I also disabled it but nothing changed.... hope for a fix...thanks

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just to clarify things. When your purchased an upgrade from Fences 4 to Fences 5, did you get your new activation keys for Fences 5? And you use that key to activate Fences 5, yes? What error popup when you try to activate Fences 5 using that new key?

I was asking what error came up. Anyway. I think it best, to raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
