How do you skin a boot......Which program do you use ?

I have made wallpaper and logon screens but I can`t find the program to do a boot up screen...Obvously I can make an image and the apply it but is there a kit to skin it so that it can be uploaded properly.....Please help....member dune2996 or e-mail: [email protected] community...

Download and use BootSkin (Program) - under file menu use Export
