Your system says I qualify for Fences 5 upgrade. I'm in Japan and the price is about 1,350 yen. I check it to make sure (within a few moments of the first check) and the price has increased from 1,350 yen to 6,500 -- about $15.00 to $75.00? My current version is 3.1.3.3 and it says I'm using the most current version? And you're sending me vs.5 upgrade promotional email? Have been using Fences since Saturday, October 27, 2018, about 6 years. Used to get prompt, direct support. What's happened with that? With a huge increase in users it seems you've downgraded your "support" to a community forum and put forum users into long wait lines. And are giving direct support to enterprise users. Your bad I think.
