Start11: Install error: Need Admin as Admin

Hello,

On a newer laptop, I am getting the following error trying to install the Start11_Setup_sd.exe from 2022, my registered version.

HP EliteBook 840

Windows 10 Enterprise, version 22H2, OS Build 19045.3803

I am installing with a user that has Admin rights AND installing by using the "run as administrator".

Thank you for the reply

My order is not showing up in my account history.  Order STARDOCK221020-7682-97664 bought 10/20/2022.

I downloaded the file that was provided via the email receipt; "Start11-fs-setup_sd".  Same error.

Need to resolved your account issue first, so you can download the latest available version. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line.
