random Youtube ads

Hello, I have a problem that when I run Start11, a youtube video pops up randomly, and then when I close it, the user is also logged out. The problem is that I am listening to music using youtube music, when this happens it shuts down and I have to log in again.

I bought the program, I don't understand why these youtube pages come up with ads....

If I don't run Start11 I don't have this problem. I have tried several times. why?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. This is very odd. Never come across this issue before. Really not sure why Start11 effect your browser and specifically on youtube. Try this, uninstall Start11. Reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Redownload latest Start11 v2 from your product page:https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot again  after the installation finish. Retest and report back.

Thanks

Start11 shouldn't be causing anything to open on its own like that.

It also contains no adverts.

I uninstalled Start11. I haven't had this problem for hours. There was also a problem with the free one before. I uninstalled it. The problem is gone. I bought it yesterday, installed. It came up three times today. I uninstall, now it's good.

Another test in the evening after work.

I deleted all files and Registry entries. After rebooting I reinstalled the program. Tomorrow, during the work, I will find out everything. I hope this solves it. Thank you all for your help. I will be in touch tomorrow afternoon. Have a nice day. AArpad :)
